Virginia High School Basketball - New Covenant falls to Blue Ridge Christian

January 13, 2024: Lynchburg, VA 24501

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Blue Ridge Christian Bears basketball team scored a good 41-29 triumph over the New Covenant Gryphons .

In their next game, the Bears meet the Fresta Valley Christian Pioneers (Marshall, VA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 16. Blue Ridge Christian will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Pioneers enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 30-24 league loss to Regents (Charlottesville, VA).

With the defeat, New Covenant moves to 9-4 on the year. The Gryphons travel to Chatham Hall (Chatham, VA) to meet the Turtles in a VISAA Blue Ridge match on Tuesday, January 16.
