Nevada High School Basketball - Lancaster overwhelms Durango
January 13, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89113 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lancaster Eagles (Lancaster, CA) and the host Durango Trailblazers (Las Vegas, NV), saw Lancaster's basketball squad wallop Durango by a tally of 62-41.
With the victory, Lancaster improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Eastside (Lancaster, CA) to confront the Lions in a Golden challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Eastside won 62-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Rosamond (Rosamond, CA)
Next up, the Trailblazers confront the Canyon Springs Pioneers (North Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Desert challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Durango will attempt to improve on its 7-13 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 63-45 league win over Basic (Henderson, NV).
