Ohio High School Basketball - St. Francis DeSales overwhelms Groveport-Madison
January 13, 2025: Columbus, OH 43224 The St. Francis DeSales Stallions basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Groveport-Madison Cruisers to 33 in the Stallions non-league triumph on Monday.
The Stallions now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bexley for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. St. Francis DeSales will confront a Lions team coming off a 48-24 league loss to Buckeye Valley (Delaware, OH). The Lions record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Groveport-Madison falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Cruisers travel to Logan (Logan, OH) to confront the Chieftains in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye game on Tuesday, January 14. The Chieftains go into the game with a record of 2-8. Logan lost 53-25 in their recent non-league game against Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH)
