The Creighton Prep Junior Jays (Omaha, NE) basketball edged the visiting Millard West Wildcats (Omaha, NE), 74-71 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Junior Jays now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Westview for a non-league bout on Friday, January 17. Creighton Prep will play a Wolverines team coming off a 77-60 non-league win over Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE). The Wolverines record now stands at 11-1.

With the loss, Millard West falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE) to play the Navigators in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18.
