The Northwood Academy Chargers were victorious over the visiting Porter-Gaud Cyclones basketball squad by a final score of 42-29 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Chargers face the First Baptist School Hurricanes (Charleston, SC) in a SCISA 4A Region II outing, on Friday, January 17. Northwood Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Hurricanes enter the outing with a 18-2 record after their 75-14 league win over Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC).
