The Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks nipped the visiting Walden Grove Red Wolves basketball squad by a final score of 45-38 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next, the Nighthawks face the Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) in a 4A Kino outing, on Friday, January 17. Ironwood Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Lancers enter the outing with a 14-4 record after their 72-30 league win over Mica Mountain (Tucson, AZ).
