South Carolina High School Basketball - Clinton thwarts Laurens
January 15, 2025: Clinton, SC 29325 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Clinton Red Devils (Clinton, SC) and the visiting Laurens Raiders (Laurens, SC), observed Clinton's basketball team knock off Laurens by a score of 32-21.
The Red Devils (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chester (Chester, SC). The Cyclones come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Chester prevailed over Mid-Carolina (Prosperity, SC), 30-24, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Raiders encounter the Emerald Vikings (Greenwood, SC) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Laurens will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record.
