Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Cherryville Ironmen (Cherryville, NC) and the visiting Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC), saw Cherryville's basketball squad overcome Highland Tech by a tally of 64-55.

With the victory, Cherryville improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Ironmen travel to NCSSM: Morganton (Morganton, NC) to confront the in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The come into the challenge with a record of 4-6. NCSSM: Morganton lost 67-54 in their recent league challenge against Draughn (Valdese, NC)

Next up, the Rams confront the Bessemer City Yellow Jackets (Bessemer City, NC) in a 1A/2A Southern Piedmont challenge, on Friday, January 19.
