The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO) and the visiting Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, CO), observed Riverdale Ridge's basketball team edge Brighton by a score of 60-56.

The Ravens (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Boulder (Boulder, CO). The Panthers come into the 6A/5A Rocky Mountain challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Boulder was tipped by Fairview (Boulder, CO), 58-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Northridge Grizzlies (Greeley, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Brighton will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 62-49 league loss to Greeley Central (Greeley, CO).
