The Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils nipped the visiting Heritage Academy Heroes basketball squad by a final score of 39-37 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the Dust Devils clash with the Phoenix Country Day Eagles (Paradise Valley, AZ) in a 2A Valley outing, on Tuesday, January 21. Santa Cruz Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 17-5 record after their 54-49 non-league loss to Miami (Miami, AZ).
