January 17, 2025: Inglewood, CA 90260 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Animo City of Champions Wildcats (Inglewood, CA) and the visiting Animo Pat Brown Gryphons (Los Angeles, CA), observed Animo City of Champions's basketball team overcome Animo Pat Brown by a margin of 43-33.
The Wildcats (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Pacific Lutheran (Gardena, CA). The Stingrays come into the challenge with a 0-4 record.
In their next game, the Gryphons battle the WISH Academy Owls (Los Angeles, CA) in a Ocean challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Animo Pat Brown will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 68-46 league win over New Designs Watts (Los Angeles, CA).
