Utah High School Basketball - Herriman routs Corner Canyon

January 17, 2025: West Herriman, UT 84096

In Friday's league contest, the host Herriman Mustangs basketball team scored a big 71-49 win over the Corner Canyon Chargers.

The Mustangs (15-1) will now prepare for their contest against Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT). The Grizzlies come into the 6A Region 2 contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Copper Hills was trounced by Bingham (South Jordan, UT), 74-60, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Riverton Silverwolves (Riverton, UT) in a 6A Region 2 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Corner Canyon will attempt to better on its 10-6 season record. The Silverwolves come into the contest with a 7-9 record after their 70-66 league loss to Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT).
