In Friday's league test, the North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), by a score of 96-61.

Next, the Knights clash with the East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) in a 3A Western Foothills test, on Tuesday, January 21. North Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 13-3 record after their 78-35 league win over North Iredell (Olin, NC).

The Warriors (9-7) will now prepare for their test against North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Raiders come into the 3A Western Foothills test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, North Iredell was routed by East Lincoln (Denver, NC), 78-35, in a league test.
