In Friday's league contest, the host Rosa Fort Lions basketball team scored a big 78-48 triumph over the North Panola Cougars.

The Lions (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Palmer (Marks, MS). The Dragons go into the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Palmer smashed Bruce (Bruce, MS), 89-67, in a league contest.
