California High School Basketball - High Tech SD knocked off by Central

January 17, 2025: El Centro, CA 92243

In Friday's non-league test, the Central Spartans (El Centro, CA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting High Tech SD Storm (San Diego, CA), by a score of 57-43.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 18. Central will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Foothillers come into the test with a 14-3 record after their 53-33 league win over Helix (La Mesa, CA).

The Storm (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA). The Ravens come into the non-league test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Canyon Crest Academy was knocked off by El Camino (Oceanside, CA), 34-30, in a league test.
