The Crespi Celts (Encino, CA) basketball were winner over the host St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA), 71-63 in Saturday's league bout.

The Celts now possess a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Sierra Canyon for a Mission bout on Wednesday, January 22. Crespi will play a Trailblazers team coming off a 60-46 non-league win over Grayson (Loganville, GA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 16-3.

With the loss, St. Francis falls to 13-7 on the campaign. The Golden knights travel to Chaminade (West Hills, CA) to play the Eagles in a Mission bout on Wednesday, January 22. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 17-5. Chaminade lost 59-52 in their recent league bout against Bishop Alemany (Mission Hills, CA)
