In Saturday's non-league test, the Floyd Central Highlanders (Floyds Knobs, IN) basketball squad knocked off the visiting North Harrison Cougars (Ramsey, IN), by a score of 66-47.

Next, the Highlanders clash with the Jennings County Panthers (North Vernon, IN) in a Hoosier Hills test, on Friday, January 24. Floyd Central will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 7-6 record after their 65-60 league loss to Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN).

The Cougars (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Lanesville (Lanesville, IN). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Lanesville went down by Orleans (Orleans, IN), 67-35, in a non-league test.
