Indiana High School Basketball - Kouts thwarts La Porte

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kouts Mustangs & Fillies (Kouts, IN) and the host La Porte Slicers (La Porte, IN), observed Kouts's basketball team knock off La Porte by a score of 52-41.

The Mustangs & Fillies (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Tri-Township (LaCrosse, IN). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, Tri-Township prevailed over Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN), 39-32, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Slicers encounter the Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN) in a Duneland challenge, on Friday, January 24. La Porte will attempt to improve on its 0-18 season record.
