Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Northridge Grizzlies (Greeley, CO), 62-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Riverdale Ridge upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Ravens travel to Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO) to clash with the Roughriders in a 5A/4A Longs Peak bout on Saturday, January 21. The Roughriders go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Roosevelt won 92-52 in their recent league bout against Severance (Severance, CO)

Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak bout, on Saturday, January 21. Northridge will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 53-23 league win over Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO).
