The ALA - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ) basketball edged the host North Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ), 71-69 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Westview for a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. ALA - Ironwood will play a Knights team coming off a 88-31 non-league win over Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 7-4.
