The Gaither Cowboys basketball team (Tampa, FL), was overwhelmed 63-42 in Friday's league battle with the host Wharton Wildcats (Tampa, FL)

The Wildcats now possess a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sickles for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 24. Wharton will confront a Gryphons team coming off a 58-51 league win over Steinbrenner (Lutz, FL). The Gryphons record now stands at 5-15.
