The Central Rockets defeated the host Mundelein Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 62-43 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Rockets clash with the Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL) in a Fox Valley outing, on Wednesday, January 22. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the outing with a 13-5 record after their 62-60 non-league win over Butler (Chicago, IL).

The Mustangs (8-13) will now prepare for their outing against Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Zee-Bees come into the North Suburban outing with a 5-12 record. In their last outing, Zion-Benton went down by Waukegan (Waukegan, IL), 76-52, in a league outing.
