The Bobcats now possess a 15-7 record. They play next when they host Goodrich for a 1A Region IV District 28 bout on Friday, January 24. Hull-Daisetta will play a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Chester (Chester, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 0-20.
With the loss, Spurger falls to 13-7 on the campaign. The Pirates host Burkeville (Burkeville, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 1A Region IV District 28 bout on Friday, January 24. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-12.
