January 20, 2025: Rock Hill, SC 29730 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) and the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC), observed Ardrey Kell's basketball team knock off Legion Collegiate Academy by a score of 46-36.
The Knights (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres come into the non-league challenge with a 9-7 record. In their last challenge, South Mecklenburg prevailed over Myers Park (Charlotte, NC), 43-39, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Lancers encounter the Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Legion Collegiate Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Greenies come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 47-40 non-league loss to Chambers (Charlotte, NC).
