In Tuesday's league test, the North Shore Mustangs (Houston, TX) basketball squad got by the visiting Goose Creek Memorial Patriots (Baytown, TX), by a score of 68-67.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Channelview Falcons (Channelview, TX) in a 6A Region III District 23 test, on Friday, January 24. North Shore will attempt to improve on its 14-15 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 3-21 record after their 68-29 league loss to Kingwood (Kingwood, TX).
