Virginia High School Basketball - Stone Bridge holds off Independence

January 21, 2025: Ashburn, VA

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Stone Bridge Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 68-66 triumph over the Independence .

The Bulldogs (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Park View (Sterling, VA). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Park View was tipped by Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA), 79-37, in a league contest.

In their next game, the confront the Riverside Ram (Leesburg, VA) in a Potomac contest, on Friday, January 24. Independence will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record. The Ram go into the contest with a 15-1 record after their 87-58 league win over Lightridge (Aldie, VA).
