The Baboquivari Warriors (Sells, AZ) basketball were winner over the visiting Valley Union Blue Devils (Elfrida, AZ), 50-30 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 14-7 record. They play next when they host St. David for a 1A South bout on Thursday, January 23. Baboquivari will play a Tigers team coming off a 62-27 non-league loss to Fort Thomas (Fort Thomas, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 13-9.

With the loss, Valley Union falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind (Tucson, AZ) to play the Sentinels in a 1A South bout on Friday, January 24.
