Virginia High School Basketball - Jefferson Forest holds off Glass
January 22, 2025: Forest, VA 24551 The Jefferson Forest Cavaliers basketball team scored 35 points and limited the visiting Glass Hilltoppers to 29 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cavaliers now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Liberty Christian for a non-league game on Friday, January 24. Jefferson Forest will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 68-37 non-league win over Brookville (Lynchburg, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-0.
With the loss, Glass falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Rustburg (Rustburg, VA) to confront the Red Devils in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Red Devils go into the game with a record of 4-3. Rustburg won 47-25 in their recent non-league game against Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA)
