North Carolina High School Basketball - North Hills Christian nips Lee Park Prep

North Hills Christian Eagles (Salisbury, NC) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC), 83-77 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, North Hills Christian upgrades its record to 9-11 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Covenant Classical (Concord, NC) to play the Warriors in a Freelance bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 7-9. Covenant Classical lost 82-33 in their recent league bout against United Faith Christian Academy (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Knights play the Providence Classical (Rock Hill, SC) in a Metro Area bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Lee Park Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 14-7 season record. The come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 67-28 league loss to Walnut Grove Christian (Fort Mill, SC).
