In Tuesday's league match, the host Foster Falcons basketball team scored a good 49-35 triumph over the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles.

In their next game, the Falcons meet the Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos (Missouri City, TX) in a 5A Region III District 20 match, on Friday, January 26. Foster will attempt to better on its 8-16 season record. The Buffalos enter the match with a 25-2 record after their 67-30 league win over Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX).

With the defeat, Fort Bend Willowridge moves to 7-17 on the year.
