The Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors (Roanoke, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Boys' Home Hilltoppers (Covington, VA), 68-44 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Conquerors now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Spirit HomeSchool for a Virginia HomeSchool bout on Saturday, February 1.

With the loss, Boys' Home falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Appalachian Christian School (Waynesboro, VA) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. The Trailblazers go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Appalachian Christian School won 68-51 in their recent non-league bout against United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA)
