Arizona High School Soccer - La Joya Community Verrado
January 23, 2025: Buckeye, AZ 85396 Verrado Vipers (Buckeye, AZ) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting La Joya Community Fighting Lobos (Avondale, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Verrado advances its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Vipers travel to Canyon View (Waddell, AZ) to clash with the Jaguars in a 5A Desert West test on Thursday, January 30. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 5-4.
The Fighting Lobos now have a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kellis for a non-league test on Monday, January 27. La Joya Community will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 2-6.
