The Del Valle Conquistadores (El Paso, TX) basketball toppled the host Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), 78-65 in Friday's league bout.

The Conquistadores now possess a 18-10 record. They play next when they host Hanks for a 5A Region I District 2 bout on Tuesday, January 28. Del Valle will play a Knights team coming off a 66-45 league loss to Parkland (El Paso, TX). The Knights record now stands at 7-20.
