The East Mecklenburg Eagles nipped the host Rocky River Ravens basketball squad by a final score of 43-39 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Eagles face the Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A Southwestern challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. East Mecklenburg will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record.
