In Friday's non-league test, the High Point Academy Grizzlies (Spartanburg, SC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Upstate HomeSchool Bearcats (Spartanburg, SC), by a score of 82-28.

Next, the Grizzlies encounter the Brashier Middle College Charter Bengal (Simpsonville, SC) in a AA Region 1 test, on Tuesday, January 28. High Point Academy will attempt to improve on its 18-2 season record. The Bengal come into the test with a 5-13 record after their 78-50 league loss to Chesnee (Chesnee, SC).

With the loss, Upstate HomeSchool falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Foothills Christian (Westminster, SC) to confront the Flame in a South Carolina Christian A - Region 1 game on Monday, February 3. The Flame go into the game with a record of 6-1.
