January 24, 2025: Lakewood, CA 90713 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA) and the visiting Dominguez Dons (Compton, CA), observed Mayfair's basketball team overcome Dominguez by a score of 59-41.
The Monsoons (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Jordan (Long Beach, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Jordan dropped by Lawndale (Lawndale, CA), 80-23, in a non-league challenge.
