The Lower Moreland Lions (Huntingdon Valley, PA) basketball were winner over the visiting Springfield Township Spartans (Erdenheim, PA), 68-51 in Friday's league bout.

The Lions now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to New Hope-Solebury for a Suburban One - Freedom bout on Tuesday, January 28. Lower Moreland will play a Lions team coming off a 46-24 league win over Upper Moreland (Willow Grove, PA). The Lions record now stands at 9-5.
