The Sleepy Eye Indians basketball team scored 90 points and limited the host Wabasso Rabbits to 35 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now have a 12-7 record. They play next when they host Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart for a A Section 2 game on Tuesday, January 28. Sleepy Eye will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 60-51 league win over Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-7.
With the loss, Wabasso falls to 1-20 on the campaign. The Rabbits host Murray County Central (Slayton, MN) to confront the Rebels in a A Section 3 game on Monday, January 27. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 7-11. Murray County Central lost 57-52 in their recent league game against Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda (Okabena, MN)
