Arizona High School Soccer - Basha nudged by Desert Mountain
January 24, 2025: Scottsdale, AZ 85259 Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ), 4-3 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Desert Mountain moves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ) to clash with the Saints in a 5A Northeast Valley test on Wednesday, January 29. The Saints come into the test with a record of 3-5.
The Bears now sport a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Tucson High Magnet School for a non-league test on Monday, January 27. Basha will clash with a Badgers team coming off a 7-1 league win over Marana (Tucson, AZ). The Badgers record now stands at 2-7.
