The Bay City Blackcats basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Iowa Colony Pioneers to 38 in the Blackcats league victory on Wednesday.

The Blackcats now sport a 25-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbia for a 4A Region IV District 26 match on Friday, January 27. Bay City will meet a Roughnecks team coming off a 53-48 league loss to Sweeny (Sweeny, TX). The Roughnecks record now stands at 13-12.
