Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bayard Rustin knocks off Academy Park
January 25, 2025: West Chester, PA 19382 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bayard Rustin Golden Knights (West Chester, PA) and the visiting Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), observed Bayard Rustin's basketball team overcome Academy Park by a margin of 46-35.
The Golden Knights (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Unionville (Kennett Square, PA). The Longhorns come into the Ches-Mont - American challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last challenge, Unionville dropped by Bensalem (Bensalem, PA), 58-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Sacred Heart Academy Lions (Bryn Mawr, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 27. Academy Park will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 55-29 non-league win over Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA).
