The Yuma Catholic Shamrocks (Yuma, AZ) basketball were winner over the host ALA - West Foothills Guardians (Waddell, AZ), 59-39 in Saturday's league bout.

The Shamrocks now possess a 14-7 record. They play next when they host Kingman for a 3A West bout on Monday, January 27. Yuma Catholic will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-14 league win over Tonopah Valley (Tonopah, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, ALA - West Foothills falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Guardians travel to Parker (Parker, AZ) to play the Broncs in a 3A West bout on Monday, January 27. The Broncs go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Parker won 62-43 in their recent league bout against River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ)
