North Carolina High School Basketball - South Wake overwhelms Durham Flight HomeSchool
January 25, 2025: Durham, NC The South Wake Sabres basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Durham Flight HomeSchool Flight to 12 in the Sabres league triumph on Saturday.
The Sabres now possess a 22-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cary Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. South Wake will play a Chargers team coming off a 44-41 league win over North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 9-8.
With the loss, Durham Flight HomeSchool falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Flight travel to South Wake (Fuquay-Varina, NC) to play the Sabres in a North Carolina Home Education - East game on Friday, February 7. The Sabres go into the game with a record of 22-1.
