Nebraska High School Basketball - Northwest holds off Ogallala

January 25, 2025: Ogallala, NE 69153

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Northwest Vikings basketball team scored a close 49-44 triumph over the Ogallala Indians.

The Vikings (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Aurora (Aurora, NE). The Huskies go into the non-league contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Aurora was tipped by Seward (Seward, NE), 48-35, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Indians confront the Holdrege Dusters (Holdrege, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Ogallala will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Dusters go into the contest with a 10-7 record after their 50-36 league loss to Minden (Minden, NE).
