The Sun Valley Spartans ran past the visiting Porter Ridge Pirates basketball team by a final score of 72-59 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC) in a 4A Southern Carolina game, on Tuesday, January 30. Sun Valley will attempt to move on its 6-13 season record.
