Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Wallace County Wildcats (Sharon Springs, KS) and the visiting Decatur Community Red Devils (Oberlin, KS), saw Wallace County's basketball squad overcome Decatur Community by a tally of 37-24.

With the victory, Wallace County improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Greeley County (Tribune, KS) to confront the Jackrabbits in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Jackrabbits come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Greeley County won 41-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Dighton (Dighton, KS)

Next up, the Red Devils confront the Dighton Hornets (Dighton, KS) in a Northwest Kansas challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Decatur Community will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record.
