Faith Baptist Contenders (Canoga Park, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA), 68-49 in a league match.

With the victory, Faith Baptist advances its record to 12-9 on the year. The Contenders host Valley Torah (Valley Village, CA) to face the Wolfpack in a Heritage match on Wednesday, January 29. The Wolfpack enter the match with a record of 10-9. Valley Torah won 73-54 in their recent non-league match against de Toledo (West Hills, CA)

The Griffins now own a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Clarita Christian for a Heritage match on Tuesday, January 28.
