Arizona High School Basketball - North crushes Metro Tech

The North Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ) basketball crushed the host Metro Tech Knights (Phoenix, AZ), 67-39 in Monday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 14-8 record. They play next when they travel to Carl Hayden Community for a 5A Metro bout on Wednesday, January 29. North will play a Falcons team coming off a 65-62 league win over McClintock (Tempe, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 14-6.

With the loss, Metro Tech falls to 1-21 on the campaign. The Knights host Fairfax (Laveen, AZ) to play the Stampede in a 5A Metro bout on Wednesday, January 29. The Stampede go into the bout with a record of 7-15. Fairfax won 70-36 in their recent league bout against Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ)
