With the victory, Elgin advances its record to 4-12 on the year. The Comets travel to Waynesfield-Goshen (Waynesfield, OH) to meet the Tigers in a Northwest Central battle on Friday, January 31. The Cardinals now own a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Liberty-Salem for a Ohio Heritage battle on Friday, January 31. Triad will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 51-47 league win over Greenon (Springfield, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 8-8.
