Nevada High School Basketball - Cimarron-Memorial fells Western

January 28, 2025: Las Vegas, NV 89107

The Cimarron-Memorial Spartans basketball team scored 45 points and limited the host Western Warriors to 35 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now have a 12-7 record. They play next when they host Sunrise Mountain for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Cimarron-Memorial will confront a Miners team coming off a 55-27 league loss to Canyon Springs (North Las Vegas, NV). The Miners record now stands at 8-15.

With the loss, Western falls to 13-7 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Silverado (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Skyhawks in a 4A Mountain game on Wednesday, January 29. The Skyhawks go into the game with a record of 1-14. Silverado lost 55-17 in their recent league game against Sierra Vista (Las Vegas, NV)
